This is a monster of a mixer and the leader in its size class for High Shear high production mixing. It's design allows for a smooth up and down flow with great lateral stabilty.

This mixer has mixed up everything we have put in it, (including food products in Stainless Steel version).
GFRC, GFRG, PVRC, Concrete, Mortar, Epoxy Aggregate, Acrylic Aggregate, Dry Blends, Paint, Fireproofing, etc...
It can mix up 800lb. batches every 4 minutes. It is mounted on a very stable steel plate base. The mixer is mounted using our four point stance design; two mechanical tube guides and two 3-1/2” high flow air rams; this keeps the mixer moving up and down with a very stable and smooth motion. It is a 10 hp variable speed frequency drive that allows you to operate from 0 to 920 rpm. The 5 groove power band is designed to last up to 20 years. The mix blade is a prop style through hardened 4140 mounted on a 2” 4140 Chromed Chrome-Molly shaft. It comes with one mix bucket and cage.
